Iluminar la Oscuridad is a collection of poems and reflections by Argentine footballer and writer Augusto Max. Published in April 2019, the book delves into themes of light and darkness, resilience, and self-discovery, offering a glimpse into Max’s inner world beyond the field. Drawing inspiration from thinkers like Nietzsche and writers such as Julio Cortázar, Max invites readers on a journey of introspection. For this project, I collaborated closely with Max, who guided me through his vision for each piece. Together, we created illustrations that interpret his words visually, capturing the emotional depth and symbolism of his writing, and bringing his ideas to life through art.
